Honeywell has formally announced the End of Life (EOL) of its Datamax-O’Neil industrial and desktop printer line and will not be accepting orders from the end of December 2021. To assist with this transition, BIXOLON is supporting their customers to replace their discontinued Datamax-O’Neil printing products with its high-quality label printing range.

Compatibility

BIXOLON offers a range of industrial and desktop label printers which are fully compatible with DPL (Datamax Programming Language) and support various wired and wireless interface options for seamless plug-in-and-play integration into existing environments.

Key replacement products:

XT5-40 Series

The XT5-40 is a premium industrial label printer series with optional RFID printing capabilities. Featuring an aluminum body and metal case which can stand up to years of tough treatment and an anti-adhesive surface to prevent a build-up of adhesive residue. The series supports simple programming emulation via a 3.5-inch TFT colour or 4.3-inch full-colour LCD touch screen with intuitive UI.

XD5-40 and XD3-40 Series

The XD5-40 and XD3-40  desktop label series provide ergonomic designs, optional RFID printing capabilities, and mono LCDs. These highly reliable printing ranges support 203 and 300 dpi print resolutions, plus peeler and auto-cutter options.
